The Challenge
Develop the positioning of CEDU, the chamber representing urban developers in the Argentine Republic, with an approach encompassing the country’s regions that connects its institutional voice, member participation, and a sustainability agenda for the sector.
Our Work
We developed a comprehensive institutional positioning plan and proposed a nationwide strategy for CEDU. We connected its digital presence—the website, institutional newsletter, and social media—with nationwide institutional media relations, events, and relationships with industry stakeholders.
Our work integrated member services, Chamber gatherings and business lunches, real estate conferences, the development of institutional partnership agreements, and the creation of a sponsorship program. Each workstream was part of a shared proposition: connecting institutional representation with community participation and engagement with other stakeholders.
We also developed the Chamber’s sustainability narrative, with a dedicated system of newsletters and events and its participation in gatherings promoting sustainable construction. This agenda gave environmental content a distinct place within institutional communication.
For the tenth anniversary, we produced the event at MALBA and a book bringing together the projects and history of the founding members, connecting the Chamber’s history with the experience of those who helped establish it.
Results
CEDU had a strategy that integrated communication, institutional relations, and member services, with a nationwide focus and a sustainability narrative applied to construction. Digital channels, media relations, gatherings, and the sponsorship program formed a system for participation and engagement around its institutional agenda.
The tenth-anniversary event at MALBA and the book about the founding members brought that perspective to life: bringing the community together, raising the visibility of its history, and expressing a shared identity. The sustainability agenda added dedicated content and settings to encourage that conversation within the sector.
A strategy that connects institutional representation, the member community, and sustainability with a vision of urban development encompassing the country’s regions.
