This decision reflects the company's strong commitment to sustained growth and the consolidation of its presence in the global market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mariano Vega<\/strong>, RAGHSA General Manager, pointed out: <em>\u00abThe takeover bid is part of our growth and expansion strategy. We have been preparing for this step for some time now, at a time when the company is fully established and ready to move forward strongly\u00bb.\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>IPO Objective and Growth Projection<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The main objective of the offering is to continue to strengthen its capital structure to maintain its sustainable growth. The company will focus on expanding its portfolio and optimising its operations to continue to lead the high-end real estate market.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In terms of projected growth, <strong>Vega<\/strong> affirmed:<em> \u00abWe aim to develop and expand our business plan, consolidating our leading position in the corporate real estate market and seizing new opportunities. Among the most noteworthy projects, we are working on the development of a new corporate building of <\/em><strong><em>50 000 m\u00b2<\/em><\/strong><em>, which will be built on a 2800 m\u00b2 plot of land on the <\/em><strong><em>North zone of the City of Buenos Aires<\/em><\/strong><em>, with which we will achieve <\/em><strong><em>145 000 m\u00b2<\/em><\/strong><em> profitable corporate portfolio\u00bb. This new project will have an estimated investment of <\/em><strong><em>110 million<\/em><\/strong><em>.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Geographic Diversification of the Portfolio<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RAGHSA has shown a <strong>sustained growth in revenues and profitability<\/strong> in recent years. <em>\u00abWe measure our growth strategically through the increase in rentable square metres. Over the past five years, we have achieved an increase of <\/em><strong><em>50%<\/em><\/strong><em> in leasable commercial office space in Argentina. The indicative price range will be between $ 907 and $ 1,685 per share, taking into account the nominal value plus share premium.
