In terms of the distribution of the inventory, the <strong>78%<\/strong> (1.776.239m\u00b2) corresponds to the <strong>Category A<\/strong>, while only the <strong>22% to Class B<\/strong>. If availability is broken down by property category, it can be seen that the highest vacancy rate is in class B Logistics Centres, reaching<strong> 6,44%<\/strong>. Class A real estate showed a vacancy rate of <strong>4,31%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cAs a result of the considerable increase of profitable area in the inventory, the vacancy rate has risen significantly\u201d.\u201d<\/strong> highlighted Alejandro Bartra, industry brokerage at Colliers Argentina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The highest vacancy rate was in South GBA with 11.78%, <\/strong>registering a notable increase with respect to the previous period.  It is followed by West GBA with 6.39% and North GBA with 2.64%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the <strong>demand for logistics centres,<\/strong> a positive net absorption of 30,131 m\u00b2 was recorded.<strong>.<\/strong><strong> <\/strong>In terms of category, both class A and B logistics centres showed positive net absorption values, with records of 27,162 m\u00b2 and 2,969 m\u00b2 respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this case, the <strong>West Zone <\/strong>showed a negative balance of -14,687 m\u00b2, as did the Southern Zone with a negative balance of -5,344 m\u00b2, while the Southern Zone with a negative balance of -5,344 m\u00b2, while the <strong>North Zone <\/strong>showed positive absorption values of 50,162 m\u00b2.
