Logistics market on the rise and awaiting new projects

At year-end, there was an increase of 101,662 m² in premium logistics centre inventory and a rise in rental values.

According to the new Colliers Argentina report, during the second half of 2023 the vacancy rate for premium logistics centres stood at 4.7%, up 3.00 percentage points from the previous period.
