RAGHSA presents its first Sustainability Report and reaffirms its leadership in responsible construction

The company shared the progress of its environmental, social and governance commitment, consolidating its commitment to responsible development, energy efficiency and collective well-being.

RAGHSA, a benchmark in high-end corporate developments, presented the results of its first Sustainability Report, corresponding to the period March 2024 - February 2025., where it reaffirms its leadership in incorporating ESG criteria throughout the life cycle of its projects.

Environmental management and operational efficiency
RAGHSA has a environmental strategy based on three priority pillars: energy efficiency by design, use of sustainable technologies and renewable energy, and monitoring, innovation and continuous improvement. The company implements energy efficiency measures, such as smart air conditioning systems, automation of energy-efficient lighting, use of renewable energy and real-time monitoring of energy performance, which allowed it to reduce total energy consumption in its corporate buildings.

In the framework of the integrated water management strategy and in alignment with the LEED for Corporate Buildings certification criteria, during the reporting period a reduction of more than 50% in drinking water consumption was achieved. compared to the baseline. This result was possible thanks to the implementation of low-consumption sanitary fixtures and faucets, and the optimisation of irrigation systems through intelligent control. In addition, rainwater harvesting, storage and reuse systems were incorporated, as well as the treatment and use of grey water for irrigation of green areas and cooling of air conditioners. These measures are complemented by a focus on regenerative landscaping based on native species adapted to the local climate, with low water requirements, which minimises water demand, maximises operational efficiency and significantly reduces the environmental impact associated with the use of water resources.

The continued adoption of LEED standards in all of its corporate buildings demonstrates RAGHSA's commitment to efficiency, transparency and sustainability leadership in the sector. These guidelines, together with the rest of the certifications and regulations applied, constitute the technical pillars of its design, construction and operation strategy.

Commitment to people and the environment
In the social area, the following stand out the #Legacy and #RAGHSAExperience programmes, which promoted more than 20 activities during the year. The project also includes sustainable fairs, health campaigns, music shows, trainings and community celebrations. Also noteworthy is the collection of more than 2600 kg of electronic waste (WEEE), recycled in conjunction with a social cooperative. Since 2017, RAGHSA has already collected more than 70 tonnes.

In addition, Centro Empresarial Núñez became the first building in Argentina to start the WELL certification process., The RAGHSA's commitment to wellbeing in the workplace is reaffirmed.

Vision for the future
“This report not only reflects our history, but also projects our future. It allowed us to look at ourselves as a company again, to appreciate what we have achieved and to set new goals, expressed Edgardo Khafif, RAGHSA president.

With these advances, RAGHSA consolidates its position as a benchmark in sustainability in Argentine corporate real estate. The publication of its first report is part of a path of transparent communication, with purpose, and with a clear look towards a more conscious, innovative and positive impact model.
